How do I know that you have received my order?
After you have placed your order, you’ll reach our order confirmation page. Make sure to follow all the steps in the checkout process to complete the order. Thereafter, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your ordered items and payment method.
What payment methods are available?
La Mode Men’s offers safe credit card payment from:
- VISA
- MasterCard
- American Express (Amex)

How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost varies depending on shipping method and what country you live in. Find the different costs below.

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
Place all the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. When checking out, enter the discount code in the field “I have a coupon code” and we’ll apply the discount to your purchase. You will see the sum deducted to your total cost above in the checkout.
- Return & refunds
La Mode Men’s offers the following Returns Policy: You can return or exchange items only within 30 days of your order date.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receipt of goods. A refund will be made for the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges. If you have any other questions concerning returns please contact us.
Return Requirements:
Merchandise that is being returned must be new, unused and unwashed complete with original tags and its original packaging intact. Any merchandise received that has been washed, worn or damaged will have a 20% restocking fee applied.

Please allow 2-4 business days for return request to be reviewed and processed. You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization number, once you have contacted our Customer Service Department. Please write the RMA number outside of the package that is being returned. All returns must to be mailed to:

RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA NUMBER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to all returns.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENTS:
When we have received and confirmed your return, you will be notified by phone or email. Refunds will be issued according to your original payment method. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued. If you need to replace an item, please contact us before returning your item.
- Delivery
We currently offer flat rate shipping. You pay $6.95 per order no matter how many pieces you buy, so save more when you buy more items at once!.Most of orders are shipped via USPS, larger orders can be shipped by UPS.We usually process orders within 1-2 business days of orders placed (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS). Shipping transit times AFTER the order is processed varies by destination, it can take anywhere between 2-5 business days for U.S. destinations.We DO NOT offer overnight or express mail shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconveniences and please plan purchases accordingly.International shipping will be calculated automatically depending on the number of items purchased, calculated as: $20 handling fee + $3 per item, regardless of country of destination. It costs less when you purhcase more at once. We maintain 98% In Stock Rate, if an item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded for the missing item. It can take a few business days for refunds to be reflected on your account
